As a kid I was never big into dinosaurs. However, I did grow up with James Gurney’s Dinotopia and would spend hours looking at the illustrations so when Penguin Random House approached me about illustrating the cover for THE EVOLUTION OF CLAIRE (Jurassic World) by Tess Sharpe I jumped at the chance. The Art Directors at Penguin Random House (Megan McLaughlin and Tracy Tyler) were an absolute pleasure to work with on this cover and made the process so much fun.
