“Christmas 2009 Triptych”

For Christmas this year we decided to do “illustrated portraits” of our three kids in a triptych format, framed and given out as gifts to family members.
The idea for this piece started as a sketch of the first panel and then developed from there. Eventually I’ll go back and do some paintings based on this sketch (stay tuned).
